Delete your student account

Use this page to request deletion of your HamroHexagon student account and the personal student data connected to it. We will verify the request before deleting the account so another person cannot remove your access without permission.

Requests are reviewed by the HamroHexagon team and processed as quickly as reasonably possible.
Exam records, practice data, device sessions, and course progress tied to the account are removed when the account is deleted.
Minimal request or audit records may be retained when needed for security, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.
