Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when HamroHexagon may approve cancellations, credits, or refunds for paid courses, mock tests, subscriptions, and related digital educational services.

1. General Rule
Because HamroHexagon primarily provides digital educational services and access-based content, fees are generally non-refundable once the purchased course, exam, subscription, or digital content has been activated, opened, attended, downloaded, or materially accessed.
2. When a Refund May Be Considered
- duplicate payment for the same service;
- payment was successful but the service was not provided within a reasonable operational time;
- the user was charged incorrectly due to a technical or billing error;
- the purchased service was materially different from what was clearly advertised; or
- a refund is required by applicable law or expressly promised in a specific offer.
3. Situations Normally Not Eligible for Refund
- change of mind after access has been granted;
- failure to use the purchased service during the access period;
- dissatisfaction based only on personal preference where the service was delivered as described;
- poor internet, incompatible device, or user-side technical limitations not caused by HamroHexagon; or
- suspension for misuse, academic dishonesty, sharing accounts, or violation of platform rules.
4. Live Batches, Counseling, and Scheduled Services
For scheduled services such as live classes, counseling sessions, or special batches, any cancellation or refund eligibility may depend on how much of the service has already been delivered, reserved, or attended. If a special batch has separate advertised conditions, those conditions may apply in addition to this policy.
5. Refund Request Process
Refund requests should be submitted promptly with the user's name, registered email or phone number, payment reference, date of payment, and reason for the request.

6. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, HamroHexagon will aim to process it within a reasonable time. Actual credit timing may depend on the payment gateway, bank, wallet provider, or financial institution used.
7. Alternative Resolution
In suitable cases, HamroHexagon may offer service credit, rescheduling, or transfer to an equivalent batch instead of a cash refund, where fair and acceptable to the user.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of Nepal.
