1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HamroHexagon, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our published policies, and any applicable laws of Nepal. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Our Services

HamroHexagon provides digital educational services, which may include entrance preparation, practice questions, mock examinations, rankings, student accounts, digital course materials, counseling or enrollment forms, and related academic support features.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, HamroHexagon is a private educational platform and is not a government body, university, licensing authority, or official examination board.

3. Eligibility and Student Responsibility

You may use the platform only for lawful educational purposes. If a student is under the age required to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law, the student's parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on the student's behalf.

• You must provide accurate registration, contact, and profile information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.

4. Account Access and Device Use

HamroHexagon may limit account access, concurrent sessions, or registered devices for security, academic integrity, or subscription management purposes. We may suspend or log out sessions that appear unauthorized, abusive, or inconsistent with normal student use.

5. Exams, Practice Tests, and Results

• Mock tests, practice sets, timers, rankings, analytics, and model answers are provided for learning support.
• Students must not cheat, share answers, use unauthorized aids where prohibited, impersonate another user, or interfere with exam fairness.
• We may invalidate an attempt, remove rankings, restrict access, or suspend an account where misuse, manipulation, or academic dishonesty is reasonably suspected.
• Unless clearly identified as an official institutional result, scores shown on the platform are for practice, evaluation, or internal academic use only.

6. Fees, Payments, Cancellation, and Refunds

Fees for paid courses, exams, subscriptions, or related services will be displayed before purchase. By submitting an order or payment, you authorize HamroHexagon to provide the selected digital service.

• Applicable prices, taxes, payment method, and key service conditions will be shown at the time of purchase.
• Where a service has not yet started or access has not yet been provided, cancellation may be allowed subject to the published offer terms.
• Once access to digital content, a live batch, or a paid mock exam has been granted, fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law, expressly promised by us, or the service is materially not delivered as described.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under the laws of Nepal.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Use

All platform content, including question banks, solutions, text, graphics, branding, logos, videos, downloadable notes, software elements, and compilations, is owned by HamroHexagon, its licensors, instructors, or other lawful rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may use platform materials only for your personal, non-transferable educational use.
• You may not copy, resell, record, scrape, distribute, publish, translate, upload, or commercially exploit any paid or restricted material without written permission.
• You may not reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with platform security or access controls.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, defamatory, or abusive purposes;
• upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the platform;
• misrepresent affiliations, rankings, results, or endorsement by HamroHexagon;
• copy or circulate premium educational materials outside the scope of the purchased license; or
• violate applicable privacy, copyright, examination, consumer, or cyber laws.

9. User Submissions and Enquiries

If you submit an enrollment enquiry, review, message, testimonial, assignment, or other content, you confirm that the content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights. You grant HamroHexagon a limited right to use such content for operating the service, responding to your request, and improving student support. We will not publicly use personal testimonials or images in a misleading way.

10. Privacy and Data Handling

HamroHexagon may collect and process personal information such as name, email, phone number, course preference, login data, device data, exam activity, progress, and payment-related records as necessary to operate the platform, support students, maintain security, and comply with law.

Personal information will be used only for lawful and disclosed purposes, subject to applicable privacy requirements under Nepal law and our Privacy Policy.

11. Availability and Service Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature, batch, course, exam structure, or content where reasonably necessary for academic quality, operations, security, legal compliance, or business continuity. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

12. Third-Party Tools and Links

The platform may contain links or integrations relating to payment gateways, messaging apps, video providers, cloud storage, or external learning tools. HamroHexagon is not responsible for third-party services that are operated independently, though we may coordinate with them where needed to deliver our services.

13. Disclaimer

HamroHexagon aims to provide accurate and useful educational content, but we do not guarantee that every explanation, answer key, ranking, schedule, or academic prediction will be complete, current, or error-free. Educational content is provided for study support and does not guarantee admission, marks, licensing, scholarship, or future results.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HamroHexagon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. This limitation does not exclude liability where exclusion is not permitted under applicable law, including non-waivable consumer or statutory rights.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where there is non-payment, misuse, academic dishonesty, infringement, repeated complaints, security risk, or violation of these Terms. We may also preserve records and cooperate with lawful investigations where required.

16. Notices and Electronic Communication

You consent to receive service-related notices electronically, including by email, dashboard notice, SMS, or other contact method you have provided. Electronic records and communications may be used for service administration and evidence of transactions to the extent permitted by law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will take effect when posted on the platform or otherwise notified to users. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or authorities of Nepal, unless a different dispute resolution process is required by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
